3590669 - Applicants can be put into disqualification statuses when required fields are null in the Latest Workbench - Recruiting Management

Operators can move applications to disqualification statuses even when a required field is empty. In the Legacy Workbench, an error displays prompting the users to fill in the required fields that are empty before moving the candidate to a disqualification status.

If the user is moving the candidate to another In-Progress status, it does not allow the operators to move the candidate and prompts the user to fill in the required fields as usual.

The Product Management team has confirmed this to be the expected behavior of the multi-stage environments in the Latest Workbench: when an applicant is going to be disqualified, the required fields are bypassed.
