3590686 - Freight Unit Building Rule is not Splitting an Item based on the Critical Split Criteria

Symptom

A Freight Unit (FU) is not being split even though the Sales Order (SO) weight/volume for an item is more than the Freight Unit Building Rule (FUBR) split quantity. For example in your Freight Unit Building Rule (FUBR) you have maintained a split quantity of 1000 KG. In your SO you create a single line item for a material in a quantity in excess of 1000KG, say 1500KG. You would expect to get two FUs, one for 1000KG and one for 500KG. However, only one FU is created for the full 1500KG quantity.
