3590687 - BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE Not Updating Country of Origin (OIC_OLAND1) and State (OIC_OREGIO)

Symptom

  • While creating a purchase contract via BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE, contracts are created correctly. However, the Country of Origin and State (EKKO-OIC_OLAND1 and EKKO-OIC_OREGIO) are not updated in the header data.
  • This issue does not occur when creating the contract manually via ME31K, where the Country of Origin and State are auto-populated.
