3590732 - Error When Finishing Check Task

When finishing a check task, error messages display:

• Finishing of production tasks failed

  -----> Finishing of confirmation group failed

  Save failed

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to work center Production Control, access view Task Control.
2. Select an in process check task, click Change Status - Finish.
3. Click OK in the pop-up window. Error messages display:

Finishing of production tasks failed
-----> Finishing of confirmation group failed
Save failed  

Some serial numbers have been confirmed for output product of this check task but finish results recording has not been performed yet.

1. Firstly, reverse all production confirmations of this check task.
2. Click Confirm against this check task.
3. Under tab Inspection, maintain inspection data.
4. Click Finish Results Recording.
5. Under tab Confirmation, there is a quantity proposed for Confirmed Quantity which is not editable. Select sub tab Serial Numbers, maintain same volume of serial numbers.
6. Click Save.
7. If finish task is needed, click Finish Task.
