3590846 - The field attributes set in the personType for jobInfo element is not respected for Internal Hires in SuccessFactors Employee Central

• The field attributes set in "jobInfo_employee" is not respected for Internal Hires
• The issue does not affect regular hires or any other candidates coming from Recruiting or Onboarding.

1. Navigate to > Manage Pending Recruits
2. Select an internal candidate coming from Recruiting only
3. Observe that the fields in the Job Information are not mandatory which are set as mandatory in the "jobInfo_employee" person type element.

• The issue is caused by a discrepancy in the system where the field attributes set in the "jobInfo_employee" person type are not respected for internal hires in Manage Pending Recruits.
• This has been identified as a defect.

• The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release (b2511).
