3590976 - Error: "Release orders against contract xxxxxx not possible (contract not released)."

Purchase order cannot be created for a purchase contract  that has auto approval enabled.

Despite Contract is released we still get the error  while creating PO.

1. Make a change to a field that restarts the workflow, such as the contract dates or quantities, and save it.
2. This action should re-trigger the workflow and update the statuses correctly.
3. Reset the change afterwards.
4. This action is expected to correct the contract status and enable the release of orders against them without further issue.
