3591179 - IW31/IW32: MRP Controller Field is not available for Components

Symptom

In transaction IW31/IW32 the MRP controller (DISPO) field is not available for the components. Due to the missing field, it is not possible to create a Purchase Requestion from the order with a defined MRP controller.
