Symptom
When using Employee Central to access any payroll-related application (such as Pay Statement, Mash-up Applications, Complete Payroll Tasks, etc.), the application may not open as expected. The behavior is browser-dependent, meaning it may vary based on which browser is being used. Possible symptoms include:
- Display of a blank page
- An error message stating: "You don’t have authorization to view this pay statement or the pay statement link has expired" (this might happen, for instance, when using Google Chrome with a Google profile)
- Other browser related issues
