Symptom
- In a three redundancy cluster for SySAM license server, the second server is not picked up from the list of license file when the first host/SySAM process is brought down.
- The license enters a grace period instead of moving to the second server in the list.
- The issue is observed even when all the license servers are listed in the license file for a server.
