Symptom

  • All Servers are stopped and disabled except for CMS server 
  • Checking properties for the server shows an error: Server Intelligent Agent is not available for this server.
  • Checked for references for Orphan node is not present

  • CMS logs show error message :


    User Name: ABC

    Server Intelligence Agent has established a connection to CMS at XXX:6400.|com.businessobjects.cad.log||The Install + Enterprise Node objects for Enterprise Node with CUID Ab1NWxOURq5MoA9woGr9BmB were not found.

    No servers were found in the CMS for this Server Intelligence Agent.|com.businessobjects.cad.syslog||[Node Name: XXXX]

    [User Name: ABC$]

    The CMS cluster seems to be missing the Server Intelligence objects for this Server Intelligence Agent.
