3591353 - Unable to Access Learning and Learning Administration Post Refresh

Unable to access to learning and Learning Administration post refresh as an error "company is not valid" is encountered.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Refresh LMS manually or via IRT tool
2. Login to BIZX and Attempt to navigate to Learning or Learning administration.
3. Encounter an error message stating "company is not valid".

This issue is a reported defect which is scheduled to be fixed in the upcoming 1H 2505 release.

This issue is a reported defect where customer faces this error post refresh. This issue is to be fixed in Upcoming 1H 2505 release [Preview: 14 April, Production: 16 May]

Until then, when this error occurs, a case needs to be submitted. Support will access the affected Learning environment and proceed as follows: Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > BIZX > Click "Apply Changes".
