3591428 - CAT6 Error "Insert Cannot Be Made Due to Collision"

Symptom

When executing CAT6 for an employee, the error "Insert cannot be made due to collision" occurs. Adjusting In-Out time and entering Normal working hours doesn’t resolve the issue. Additionally, CAT2 fields are automatically populated, preventing data removal.
