Symptom

An error message is displayed on the time sheet UI stating "Cannot find EntitySet, Singleton, ActionImport or FunctionImport with name 'TimeEvents'."

  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Successfactors
  2. Go to Time Sheet UI
  3. Error message is raised

Cause

Product Engineering is investigating the root cause. 

Resolution

Workaround

Please submit a customer case to SAP Support and reference this KBA. We will restart the time event processing service to resolve the error message and ensure your business runs smoothly.
