3591529 - User Connector throws exception : Alternate Supervisor(s)/ HRBP(s) are not processed as the student record was rejected.

When attempting to remove HRBPs from relevant user accounts using the User Connector, despite having all necessary information correct and available, they encountered unexplained error messages. 

Warning Message : Alternate Supervisor(s)/ HRBP(s) are not processed as the student record was rejected.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to System Admin
2. Go to Connectors
3. Go to User Connector - SF
4. Go to View Results and search for the particular day the connector has run
5. Confirm the error is present

The corresponding user ID or the supervisor/manager ID was inactive at the time of connector run

These warnings state that by the time the connector was running, some user managers mentioned in the input file were not found in LMS as active users. As a result, these managers could not be updated/removed in regards of an Alternate Supervisor/ HRBP. Please note that this connector is looking for active entities. If you would like to remove an ALTERNATE SUPERVISOR or an HRBP from someone, you need to do that before inactivating the users(managers/HRBP).

Either the STUD_ID was rejected or the MANAGER in those cases, the warning will be the same for them.

The records would be rejected or not taken into account because one of the user IDs was not an active user ID in LMS, OR they did not have a user and alternate supervisor/HRBP relationship that could be removed; the root cause of the warnings is in the data used in the input file.
