3591564 - Remove or hide the email address of the Recommended Person in "Know Your Key People" task - Onboarding

The recommended person’s email address is displayed in the "Know Your Key People" task. Is there a way to hide or remove it?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1.  Log in as the candidate.
2. Access "Your Onboarding Guide."
3. Click on "Know Your Key People."
4. Notice that the email address of Recommended Person is visible.

The visibility of the email address is controlled by permissions in the Admin Center. If the relevant permissions are assigned, the email address will be displayed.

To hide or remove the email address for candidates:

1. Navigate to the Admin Center.
2. Select Manage Permission Roles.
3. For both the External User and Service User roles, remove all three of the following permissions:

• • Employee Data > HR Information > Email Information
  • Employee Data > HR Information > Business Email Address
  • Employee Data > Employee Profile > Email
    (Note: This is not available for the External User role)

After removing these permissions for both roles, the email address of the recommended person will no longer be visible to candidates.
