3591665 - Missing Theming Option in SAP Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

  • The theming option is not visible in the  client in SAP Fiori Launchpad.
  • In the network trace, there is a 500 Internal Service error on the Interop service call with an underlying  error message "/IWFND/CM_COS/064" indicating "No System Alias found for Service 'ZINTEROP_0001' and user '<current user>'".
  • The user area displays "no data" for themes.
