Error encountered during the execution of Foreign Currency Remeasurement of Receivables.

During run for company ABC, set of books XX, the error 'Application runtime exception; report a case' occurred

ABC means the Company ID
XX means the Set of Book ID

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Receivables Work Center > Foreign Currency Remeasurement Runs view.
2. Search for the Run ID XYZ.
3. Click on Log Result under Details.
4. Navigate to the Messages tab.
5. The error message 'During run for company ABC, set of books XX, the error 'Application runtime exception; report a case' occurred' is displayed.

The Account Determination Group for Customer is missing in the Charts of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination activity > Accounts Receivables > Exchange Rate Differences

Maintain the Account Determination Group for Customer in the Charts of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination activity > Accounts Receivables > Exchange Rate Differences

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center > Overview
2. Search for the "Charts of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination" activity
3. Click Accounts Receivables under Account Determination
4. Select the Chart of Accounts
5. Navigate to Exchange Rate Differences
6. Add the Account Determination Group for Customer and maintain the G/L Accounts for "Gain from Foreign Currency Remeasurement" and "Loss from Foreign Currency Remeasurement"
