3591781 - How to select icons inside input boxes via keyboard in SuccessFactors

• The tab focus is not falling on icons inside input boxes.
• This could cause accessibility issues for screen readers.
• One such example is the help or reveal password icon on the login screen:

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 

• It is an expected behavior that the icons inside input boxes do not react to the Tab key.
• Users should use the 'F4' or 'Alt + Arrow down' keys to select those icons. Please refer to the documentation about Keyboard Handling for SAPUI5 UI Elements.
