3591783 - RO_SPJ C17-C20 boxes for Normal Sales and Normal Purchases

Symptom

In Sales & Purchase Journal report (RO_SPJ), Normal Sales and Normal Purchases do not display values from C17, C18, C19, C20, etc boxes even though such Tax Groups and Tax Boxes are included in SM34/vg_cust configuration cluster.
The configuration file in note 2968533 offers configuration only from C02 until C16.
