3591832 - Webservice Messages Sent for Every Account Team Update Leaving C4C in Web Service Message Monitor

In the Web Service Message Monitoring, you see an outbound message "BusinessPartnerDirectResponsibilityReplicationSelfInitiatedOut" for each account team update that is sent from C4C to an external system. This was not intended, as the Communication Arrangement service "Replicate Business Partner Direct Responsibility to SAP Business Suite" is inactive.

The service "Replicate Business Partner Direct Responsibility to SAP Business Suite" was replaced by service "Replicate Business Partner Account Team to SAP Business Suite".

You have deactivated the deprecated Replicate Business Partner Direct Responsibility to SAP Business Suite, but you still have "Replicate Business Partner Account Team to SAP Business Suite" active.

Both services use the same internal interface, "BusinessPartnerDirectResponsibilityReplicationSelfInitiatedOut".

In order to fix the issue, please also deactivate the service 'Replicate Business Partner Account Team to SAP Business Suite'  under 'Business Partner Replication to SAP Business Suite' Communication Arrangement.
