You attempted to run a pipeline, but the UI threw the following error: "TCMP_60254:E: =An error occurred while attempting to submit a job. The Grid Server returned with
the message: Fatal error in starting job: ++-error :: Controller failed to initialize. Check the controller
logs for errors. Error Message: "Problem filtering stages for CompensateAndPay". Controller is
shutdown". It can also be for Validate and Transfer pipelines.
