3591892 - Output Determination (EDI) is completed but not display in SRT_MONI- SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

Output determination for EDI has been configured for the purchase order (PO). Upon creation and saving of a new PO, the EDI-triggered output processing is executed successfully, with the status of the output message marked as "completed." However, the message with exact user ID cannot be found in SRT_MONI.

In SLG1, the message ''You are not authorized to run activity outbound processing of auth. object /AIF/PROC - message /AIF/MES160'' displayed. In this scenario, the user ID commonly used is SAP_WFRT.
