Symptom

  • While planning a system upgrade, for example, updating an ABAP system from ERP 6.0 to ERP 6.0 EHP7, Maintenance Planner freezes in OS/DB step.
  • The page "Select OS/DB dependent files" does not move forward despite selecting the kernel files & clicking on "Confirm Selection".
