3591937 - Inability to View Approval Note in "Approve Purchase Order Item" Task for Line Item Approval

The approval note mentioned in the purchase order line item is not visible in the "Approve Purchase Order Item" task.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Orders view.
3. Search for the specific purchase order.
4. Edit the order and view all details.
5. Go to the Items tab and select the specific item.
6. Navigate to the sub-tab of "Notes" to see the approver note mentioned.

Next

1. Go to the Managing My Area view and select Approvals.
2. Search for the specific purchase order.
3. Click on the task hyperlink for "Approve Purchase Order Item".
4. Observe that the notes are not visible in the task.

This is current system design due to technical limitation. 

The approval note is only available in the header level approval.
