3591942 - FY2025 Performance Review routing issue

Performance form was routed to next step though the permission to button permission: Finalize is disabled on the template level for a particular user.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Login to the customer instance. 
2. Proxy as the user who doesn't have permission to route the form
3. Home > Performance > Open the affected performance form. 
4. Notice that "Send to Next Step/Finalize" button is not visible. 
5. Open the form that was routed to next step and check the audit to notice that the Manager was able send to next step.  

 Mass Route Document Forward permission was provided for the affected user though the button permission is disabled. 

You can disable the permission: Mass Route Document Forward

For RBP instances, go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > [Select the role] > Permission.. > Administrator Permissions > Manage Documents > Select Mass Route Document Forward and Mass Route Document Backward.
