3591983 - Error in SUM during PHASE PREP_CONFIGURATION_DMO/SUBMOD_MIG_CONFIG/HDB_PREPARE

During the Software Update Manager (SUM) Configuration phase for the S/4 conversion of a production system, an issue arises at the step of creating the schema user SAPHANADB.
