3592405 - Database cannot be started after database restore

Symptom

  • After the database restore from source to destination environment, database is not starting
  • Login to BILP/CMC will throw error
  • Windows Event Viewer logs show the below

     Database cannot be started -- server must be upgraded to start "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\sqlanywhere\database\BI4_CMS.db" (capability 112 missing)

Note that, above error is an example of SQLAnywhere database
