3592457 - Unable to change tax rate by transaction VK12 or FV12 - VK154

Symptom

  • When changing tax percentage rate in VK12 or FV12, error VK154 "Tax indicator &1 has percentage rate &2" is raised.
  • When creating condition record, and changing the default tax percentage rate for tax code in VK11 or FV11, error VK154 "Tax indicator &1 has percentage rate &2" is raised.
