3592489 - DBT_B006 /DBT_B008 flows are not being generated when using "Without Reset" procedure in TPM1

Symptom

When executing t-code TPM1 to run valuation using "Without Reset" method, update types DBT_B006 /DBT_B008 (forex unrealized gain and loss) are not generated at maturity. However, these are generated using "With Reset" method.
