3592493 - Email notification for DCD approval [1QM needed]

The related users not able to receive email notification for credit management.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a SO/OB document which exceeded the credit limit of customer, then DCD documents generated.
2. DCD approvers can not receive the email notification for approving the related DCD documents.

Need configuration for the workflow of DCD approval.

Approval hierarchy for DCDs is needed for the notification. 

The hierarchy need to be activated in app Manage Credit Management Rules which requires scope item 1QM.

With the activation of scope item 1QM, please refer to this document (Approve Documented Credit Decisions) for the configuration.
