3592596 - PCC: PDF Form Not Loading in Payroll Control Center During ACH File Creation

Symptom

  • During post payroll activities in the Payroll Control Center (PCC), issue is encountered in the ACH file creation step.
  • The PCC step calls SAPFPAYM, which generates two spools.
  • One of these outputs is a payment advice in PDF form, which is not being loaded in the PCC.
