3592713 - Unable to Deselect Time Data Related Tasks in Fine-Tuning for Business Task Management

• For 'Business Task Management for Hire, Employment Changes and Termination' there is an inability to deselect all tasks in fine-tuning.
• Specifically, three tasks cannot be deselected. These include: Review Time Data, Complete Time Data (Hire), and Complete Time Data (Rehire).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Open Overview.
3. Open activity Business Task Management for Hire, Employment Changes and Termination.
4. Find the following tasks greyed out:

• Review Time Data (<Event Name>) for <Employee Name> (<Employee ID>)
• Complete Time Data (Hire) for <Employee Name> (<Employee ID>)
• Complete Time Data (Rehire) for <Employee Name> (<Employee ID>)

• These BTM tasks are automatically included when personnel administration is scoped. 
• This is the standard system behavior.

These tasks are mandatory and cannot be unchecked.
