3592730 - Why does buyer user see under "My suppliers" the list of suppliers although he is not part of any supplier management projects

You would like to know how does "My suppliers" for a specific buyer lists suppliers  although the buyer user is not part of any  supplier qualification, disqualification, or preferred supplier project or process project.
