3592756 - "Expose to SAP BTP" option is not available using "Mass Change" functionality in Maintain Business Roles application - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In the Maintain Business Roles application, the "Expose to SAP BTP" option is not available during a "Mass Change" operation.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the Maintain Business Roles application.
2. Attempt to perform a "Mass Change" operation.
3. Observe that the "Expose to SAP BTP" option is not available.

Cause 1: 

The Exposure Role Selection property in the communication arrangement for communication scenario SAP_COM_0647 is set to "ALL". This setting exposes all business roles containing launchpad content, eliminating the need for individual role selection.

Cause 2: 

The business roles which are pre-delivered by SAP could not been changed in some attributions. 

Resolution for Cause 1: 

1. Check the corresponding communication arrangement for communication scenario SAP_COM_0647.
2. Change the Exposure Role Selection property from "ALL" to "SELECTION".
3. This will enable the selection of specific business roles for exposure to SAP BTP.

Resolution for Cause 2:

1. Create your own business roles from scratch or business role templates.
2. Mass change the newly created custom business roles.
