3592757 - How Job Documentation version works

You are working with SAP Solution Manager and want to get better understanding of is job documentation versioning working.

• Working with report tool AC_JSM_JOBDOC_MASS_MAINTENANCE, when a job in status 'Productive' is downloaded to an excel, and the field 'New Version?' is checked as 'X' with any field updated, the utility creates a new version with status in process
• Same applies with regular Job Documentation (detailed or simple), when creating a new Job Doc version, the new one remains as in process status
