Symptom

When attempting to use Spaces and Pages on Fiori Launchpad, the following error message is displayed:

An error has occurred. Please refresh the launchpad after a few minutes. If this error keeps occurring, please contact SAP support.
Error: "True" is of type string, expected boolean for property "enableShowHideButton" of Element sap.ushell.ui.launchpad.Section#__section0
