Symptom
You receive an application error when trying to access Employees Associated With Invalid HR Data.
- The application error for Employees associated with invalid HR Data page is throwing JDBC error on a Ajax call. ManageInvalidFOController.getPageInitializer
- Please open a ticket and include the service trace files which cover the time of the query execution

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to admin center
- Select :Employees Associated With Invalid HR Data
- Error message:
Result: An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=XXXXXXXX, timestamp= XXXXX
SAP Internal log:
Caused by :SAP DBTech JDBC: [X]: general error: Internal error. Please open a ticket and include the service trace files which cover the time of the query execution
Cause
This is considered as a defect in 2411 release

- JDBC error on a AJaxcall.`ManageInvalidFOController.getPageInitializer'
- The old admin alerts available in "Employees Associated With Invalid HR Data" are broken because the SQL query generated in EmpJobInfoDAOImpl.getSeperateCountJobInfoWithInValidFOs() can no longer be executed.
Resolution
Our engineering team have confirmed that the fix for this issue will be delivered as part of the 2511 (2H 2025 release).
