Symptom

  • Dispatcher cannot be started and shows GRAY. Message Server and other components work well.

    disp+work, Dispatcher, GRAY, Stopped, , , 
    igswd_mt, IGS Watchdog, GREEN, Running, 
  • After checking dispatcher trace, it shows following message:

    *** ERROR => NiHLGetNodeAddr: NiPGetHostByName(...) failed (rc=-1) 
    *** ERROR => NiHLGetHostName: NiPGetHostByAddr failed (rc=-1) 
    ...
