3592980 - ABAP Runtime error 'CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR' in Manage Workforce App

When creating a worker along with a work agreement or when editing a worker (with an active work agreement) in the Manage Workforce app, the following error occurs when saving:

• "ABAP Runtime error 'CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR
  RFC DETERMINE JURISDICTION CODE CONFIGURATION IMCOMPLETE".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Workforce app.
2. Select a worker.
3. Attempt to edit worker data.
4. The error occurs when saving.

• The issue is caused by incomplete or incorrect Tax Jurisdiction Code configuration.
• Likely because the incorrect tax settings ties to the country of the company seen in affected worker's work agreement. 

• Use the app 'External Tax System Configuration Check' to identify missing or incorrect tax configurations.
• Correct the identified tax configurations as per the recommendations provided by the app.
