Symptom
When creating a worker along with a work agreement or when editing a worker (with an active work agreement) in the Manage Workforce app, the following error occurs when saving:
- "ABAP Runtime error 'CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR
RFC DETERMINE JURISDICTION CODE CONFIGURATION IMCOMPLETE".

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Manage Workforce app.
- Select a worker.
- Attempt to edit worker data.
- The error occurs when saving.
Cause
- The issue is caused by incomplete or incorrect Tax Jurisdiction Code configuration.
- Likely because the incorrect tax settings ties to the country of the company seen in affected worker's work agreement.
Resolution
- Use the app 'External Tax System Configuration Check' to identify missing or incorrect tax configurations.
- Correct the identified tax configurations as per the recommendations provided by the app.
