3592981 - Access request going into error status at role owner stage

We are developing new Request types (New and Change) , and done all the MSMP and BRF+ changes same as the existing request types (Already having ones). But while testing to raise the access request and approving it , we are able to approve at Manager stage but while approving at Role owner stage it is getting into Error status and it is aborting.
