3593007 - Queries under model's Import jobs are not inheriting Connection Credentials in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• In SAC an import connection for S/4HANA has user name credentials saved and shared
• Models have import jobs created off of the connection
• When connection is updated with new password for the user the model import jobs do not take the new credentials and fail

SAC 2025.1.10

1. Create an import job for a model off of an S/4HANA connection
2. Modify the user credentials in the import connection
3. The import job will fail
