3593015 - Screen Reader Announces Month Abbreviations Instead of Full Month Name within Lineage Chart Talent Card

When using a screen reader to view Talent Card sections which contain dates, the screen reader announces the month abbreviations instead of the full month name. 

For example, when opening a section like Formal Education which has dates populated for April and July, the months are announced as Apr and Jul:

1. Log into the system with a screen reader
2. In the module picker, select Succession
3. Select the Lineage Chart tab
4. Select the Talent Card icon
5. Locate the Formal Education or Work Experience Within Company sections and select the icon to view more information on the section
6. Navigate to the date fields and they're announced as abbreviations

Expected behavior as the default settings for JAWS announce what is rendered on the screen.

To announce the full month name instead of the abbreviation, install/add on a vocalizer by following the below steps 

1. Access Freedom Scientific - Synthesizers Downloads and download a vocalizer option based on the JAWS version you use
2. Once the vocalizer has been successfully downloaded, open JAWS
3. In the menu, select the Language tab
4. Select Voice Profiles > Default > Vocalizer Expressive
