3593023 - Unable to modify pre-delivered number ranges in SSCUI 102296 for Business Partners in Public Cloud.

 An issue arises when attempting to modify the pre-delivered number ranges "03," "04," and "AB" in SSCUI 102296 - Define Number Ranges for Business Partner Master in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. These number ranges cannot be modified, leading to a limitation in the configuration of the Business Partner Master Data. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the SSCUI 102296 - Define Number Ranges in SAP Central Business Configuration.
2. Attempt to modify the pre-delivered number ranges "03", "04", "AB".

The inability to modify pre-delivered number ranges is by design in SSCUI 102296.

The system allows the addition of new number ranges and editing of number range status but does not permit changes to the pre-delivered number ranges provided by SAP.
