3593032 - Unable to change reference sequence (PLFL-BEZFL) using FM ROUTING_MAINTAIN

Symptom

When trying to change field reference sequence (PLFL-BEZFL) for routing parallel sequence using FM ROUTING_MAINTAIN, error CP305/CP306 "The branch/return operation is not defined" occurs. 

The relevant operations are correctly maintained in the new reference sequence. However, system ignores the new reference sequence input in table SEQUENCES field REFERENCE_SEQUENCE and trying to fetch the operations from old reference sequence.
