3593070 - Allowance Value Exceeds Maximum Limit in Time Sheet UI

In the Time Sheet UI, allowance values are displayed beyond the supported maximum of 99:59 (HH:MM). "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

View employee’s Time Sheet, the allowance value is displayed as more than 99 hours and 59 minutes like below example, which is incorrect. 
It is expected that the Time Sheet UI enforces a maximum limit of 99:59 (HH:MM) for allowance entries and prevents users from exceeding this value.

The allowance value was updated through Manage Data instead of the Time Sheet UI.
There are no validations at the Manage Data level, it is possible to save any value without system restrictions.

1. Navigate to the Time Sheet UI and correct the allowance data.  
2. Save and resubmit the time sheet for approval.  
3. Navigate to Configure Object Definition, search for the object 'Allowance Recording', and set the visibility of 'Value' field to 'Read Only'. (This will prevent administrators from updating the allowance value via Manage Data.)
   

Note: Never update time sheet data directly from Manage Data.
