Symptom

When attempting to add a new Identity Provider via the XS Admin Tool, the following error message appears:

"Error while saving Identity Provider data
InternalError: dberror(CallableStatement.execute):
4243 - Duplicate provider for this subject and this issuer:
"<issuer_name>"."sap.hana.xs.admin.db::samlProvi derActions": line 49 col 2 (at pos 2000): line 1 col 68
(at pos 67)"
