Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Guided Selling work centre
- Observe as the Export icon is greyed out
Cause
You can only export a maximum of 10,000 lines.
Resolution
Filter the list of opportunities to include only those you want to export, ensuring that there are less than 10,000 displayed.
