3593307 - LMS - Unable to View and Change Locale ID of a created Item

When creating a new Item in the LMS there is a field to select the Locale

However, after the item is created, the Locale field is no longer visible and there is no option to change it.

1. Create a new learning item and select locale in the process
2. Review the created item and there is no locale field after creation

The default locale of an item cannot be directly changed after it has been created.
The item is created in 1 locale and the text should be entered in the language to match that locale.

After the item is created, text fields such as 'Title' and 'Description' will have translation icons next to them.
Selecting the translation icons shows a pop up and allows locale information to be applied to the various different locales.
You can add the locale data for any required locales with this method.
