3593308 - Table "/IBP/ORDER_EXT" automatic refresh/update/Delta Changes are missing

• Table "/IBP/ORDER_EXT" is not automatically refreshed with the Transaction MD04
• The Order Data in MD04 Transaction is not same in the table /IBP/ORDER_EXT
• Customer expect the same records including Delta records in the table /IBP/ORDER_EXT as in MD04 Transaction
• Customer can see the Delta Records in the table /IBP/ORDER_DELTA, But not in the table  /IBP/ORDER_EXT
