3593374 - CPI error when integrating SuccessFactors with SHL

Assessment Integration has been configured with SHL as the vendor using CPI as the middleware. In CPI the following error occurs "errorCode INVALID_FIELD_NAME, errorMessage: Field gender is not defined".

The standard field "gender" has not been defined in RCM.

The CPI iflow/package is not open to configuration. because this is a standard integration all fields used by the integration will need to be defined on the relevant XML template. If you do not want to actually use the field in recruiting then a workaround is to define the field on the template, make it required="false" and do not define any permissions for it. This will mean the field will be defined, but noone will be able to see it.
